We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and packaging are returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in 100% original UNUSED condition with all tags and security seal intact.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for another colour, please email pppigments@gmail.com stating your order number and the exchange preference PRIOR to returning the item.
Refund
If you would like a refund, please email pppigments@gmail.com stating your order number and a brief explanation of refund required.
Damaged goods
If goods are damaged, please email pppigments@gmail.com stating your order number and a brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage, or, send you a replacement if the stock is available.
